Not only do we strive to provide products of the highest quality, we understand the importance of customer service and after-purchase support.
Our policy regarding product service and warranty is to help resolve issues as quickly as possible. We provide a 90-day support period to help developers get up and running with the REVO 1. In addition, a 90-day parts and labor warranty guarantees against manufacture defects. The Basic Support Plan includes close communication via email and our online forums between your team and our professional engineers. Please note that as each REVO 1 is built-to-order, we cannot accept returns.
By purchasing from Revolution Robotics, Inc. you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review Revolution Robotics’ warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them.
Revolution Robotics sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Revolution Robotics reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Revolution Robotics suspects you are purchasing for resale.
